Before an RMA

• Provide order or quote reference, product serial number, installation photos, wiring photos, fault codes, and commissioning notes.
• Do not return heavy equipment before written RMA authorization.
• Freight damage must be photographed and reported before signing clean delivery paperwork when possible.

Remote troubleshooting, replacement approval, parts availability, labor reimbursement, and return freight depend on the manufacturer warranty terms and the confirmed project scope.
