Unpaid quotes can be revised or cancelled before payment. Paid service work, project support, drawings, settings review, and commissioning support are non-refundable once work has started unless otherwise stated in writing.
Hardware cancellation, return, replacement, or RMA eligibility depends on order status, shipment status, manufacturer terms, product condition, freight handling, and written authorization. Do not return heavy equipment without written RMA approval.
Freight damage must be documented with photos and reported promptly. Installed, modified, damaged, or used equipment may not be returnable except under applicable manufacturer warranty terms.
